Abena Oppong‑Asare Appointed Chair of the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee

The Speaker of the House, Sir Lindsay Hoyle MP, has announced that Ms Abena Oppong‑Asare MP has been elected to chair the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee. She assumes the role with immediate effect and will serve as chair until the current Parliament comes to an end.
